Of course! Since we save the 6% transaction fee at Etsy, we give you this discount accordingly.

Can I try on dresses from the Classic collection?

We are currently promoting our latest collections, Enchanted and Signature, so the Classic collection is only available to order. However, subject to availability, we can show you the dresses we sew for our customers before we ship them.

Delivery

Sample for fitting: 5-7 days

Made-to-order: The dresses are made to order by our tailoring team, so the delivery time can be according to the following time frames:

  • The delivery time for standard sizes is 15 to 25 days .
  • The delivery time for made-to-measure items / bespoke service is 30 to 40 days .
  • Express Service: on request

Sample dresses (DE only): You can return them within 3 days of receipt. The refund will be made in the same way as your original payment, or will be deducted from your next order. Of course, shipping time is not taken into account, and shipping costs are not refunded.

Individual, customized or made-to-measure products: In the event of return for refund, 50% of the order value will be deducted. However, we offer a one-off free exchange for another product or customization. For brides who do not live in Germany, we offer a partial refund of 10% to enable us to contact a local seamstress if the dress needs to be altered.

Return costs: as a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. We advise you to return the product insured to ensure that it reaches us in its original condition.
