Shipping service provider: We work with DHL/Deutsche Post, a trustworthy and reliable shipping service provider, to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Order value from €50: Shipping is insured via DHL package with tracking number.
  • Order value from €10 to €50: Shipping is uninsured via DHL parcel without a tracking number.
  • Order value under €10: Shipping is carried out uninsured by Deutsch Post.

Shipping time:

Made to order: All dresses are made to order by our tailors.

  • The delivery time for standard sizes is 2-3 weeks .
  • For custom-made items with specific body measurements, you should 4-5 weeks plan on.

    Shipping confirmation: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. This email contains a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your shipment on the DHL website.

    Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total value of your order. The exact shipping costs will be shown to you during the ordering process before you complete the payment.

    Delivery address: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete address information.

    Shipment tracking: You can use the tracking number provided to track the current status of your delivery on the website. Tracking offers a secure way to check the progress of your order.

    Made-to-order: We only have a limited inventory. The dresses are made to order by our team of tailors, therefore the delivery time may be according to the following time frames:

    • The delivery time for standard sizes is 15 to 25 days .
    • The delivery time for custom-made items with specific body measurements is 30 to 40 days .

    Returns, Exchanges and Modifications : Please request exchanges and alterations within 7 days and return the goods to our studio in Hamburg within 14 days of receipt.

    Exclusions: Our return policy does not apply to personalized, customized, made-to-measure or rental items, or to toiletries such as underwear and swimwear, unless they are damaged or defective.

    Return costs: the customer bears the shipping costs for returning the goods. Return fee: 2% of the return value

    Free Customization Service : No refund will be accepted for customized products. Instead, we offer a free customization service.
