IMPORTANT Our dresses are individually made to order for you to guarantee the best quality. Therefore, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply. If you would like to try on the dresses before buying, it is best to order our sample dresses for home try-one first. Currently, this service is only for customers in Germany only.

  1. Sample dresses to try on (Germany only): You can return them within 3 days of receipt. The refund will be made in the same way as your original payment or will be deducted from a new order. Shipping time will of course not be taken into account and shipping costs will not be refunded.
  2. Personalized, fitted or made-to-measure products: Our dresses are made to measure to give you the perfect fit. Therefore, returns are not free. Return for refund will be 50% deducted from the order value. However, we do offer a one-time free exchange for another product or adjustment. For brides who are not in Germany, we offer a partial refund of 10% so that you can contact a local seamstress if the dress needs to be adjusted.

Return shipping costs: You as the customer bear the costs for returning the goods. We recommend that you return the goods insured to ensure that they reach us in their original condition.

    Return conditions: Please note the following conditions to ensure a smooth processing of your return:

    1. The goods must be in their original condition and must not show any signs of wear, alteration or damage.
    2. All original labels and tags must be intact and attached to the goods.
    3. Pack the goods carefully to avoid damage during transport. It is best to use the original packaging or equivalent shipping packaging.
    4. Enclose a copy of your invoice or delivery note to ensure rapid processing.
    5. Please contact our customer service before returning the item to inform us about the process and to clarify any questions you may have.

    Made-to-order: The dresses are made to order by our tailoring team, so the delivery time can be according to the following time frames:

    • The delivery time for standard sizes is 15 to 25 days .
    • The delivery time for made-to-measure items / bespoke service is 30 to 40 days .
