What is your business model?
White Cherry is not just a brand, but a statement of elegance, modernity, and minimalism. As a slow-fashion label, we only create custom-made dresses on demand. It's a win-win situation: you get your unique dream dress, while we save costs by avoiding overproduction and can offer you fair prices.

Do I need to bring or prepare anything for the fitting appointment?
It's best to wear nude or light-colored underwear if you have it. And please: separate underwear is more comfortable than one-piece shapewear.

What are sample dresses?
Sample dresses are try-on dresses we provide. Since our materials are of high quality and expensive, we have a limited selection of sample dresses. New dresses are made exclusively to order.

Brides who are not in Hamburg can also order a sample dress to try on at home, to get a feel for the materials and fit before placing a full order. If you change your mind, you can return the dress within 3 days and get your deposit back. However, shipping and return costs are non-refundable and covered by the customer.

I’m not in Germany, how can I order from you?
No problem, we also work with international brides! Here’s how it works:

  1. Online Consultation: We can arrange a virtual consultation via WhatsApp or Instagram to discuss your ideas, measurements, and all other details.

  2. Taking Measurements: We’ll send you a detailed guide on how to take your measurements correctly. This ensures that your dress will be perfectly tailored to your body.

  3. Free Shipping: Once your dress is ready, we will ship it to you for free via DHL. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

With a tailor team that has over 10 years of experience and has already served brides across the globe, we’re confident that we can create your dream dress too.

How long does production take?
Our dresses are individually made by our tailor team upon order. Delivery time is typically 30 to 40 days. If you’re in a hurry, we offer an express service upon request.

What is your price range?
Our custom-made wedding and civil ceremony dresses are priced between €600 and €800, depending on the design. Our limited edition designs start at €1,500.

Made-to-Measure
The following services are included in the "made-to-measure" price:

  • Custom tailoring based on individual body measurements.
  • Adjustments that don't affect the design, such as changing the dress length or sleeve length within 10 cm.
  • Further adjustments may be possible depending on feasibility and may incur additional charges. Don’t hesitate to share your wishes with us!

Sample for fitting: 5-7 days

Made-to-order: The dresses are made to order by our tailoring team, so the delivery time can be according to the following time frames:

  • The delivery time for standard sizes is 15 to 25 days .
  • The delivery time for made-to-measure items / bespoke service is 30 to 40 days .
  • Express Service: on request

return

Sample dresses (DE only): You can return them within 3 days of receipt. The refund will be made in the same way as your original payment, or will be deducted from your next order. Of course, shipping time is not taken into account, and shipping costs are not refunded.

Individual, customized or made-to-measure products: In the event of return for refund, 50% of the order value will be deducted. However, we offer a one-off free exchange for another product or customization. For brides who do not live in Germany, we offer a partial refund of 10% to enable us to contact a local seamstress if the dress needs to be altered.

Return costs: as a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. We advise you to return the product insured to ensure that it reaches us in its original condition.
