Shipping service provider: We work with DHL/Deutsche Post, a trusted and reliable shipping service provider, to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Order value from €50: Shipping is insured via DHL parcel with tracking number.
  • Order value from €10 to €50: Shipping is uninsured via DHL parcel without a tracking number.
  • Order value under €10: Shipping is uninsured by Deutsche Post.

Shipping time:

Sample: 5-7 days

Made to order: All dresses are made to order by our tailors.

  • The delivery time for standard sizes is 2-3 weeks .
  • For custom-made items with specific body measurements, you should 4-5 weeks plan on.

    Shipping confirmation: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. This email contains a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your shipment on the DHL website.

    Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total value of your order. The exact shipping costs will be shown to you during the order process before you complete the payment.

    Delivery address: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete address information.

    Shipment tracking: Using the tracking number provided, you can track the current status of your delivery on the website. Shipment tracking provides a secure way to check the progress of your order.

    Sample: 5-7 days

    Made-to-order: The dresses are made to order by our tailoring team, so the delivery time can be according to the following time frames:

    • The delivery time for standard sizes is 15 to 25 days .
    • The delivery time for custom-made items with specific body measurements is 30 to 40 days .

    Rückgaberichtlinie

    Samples to try on: free exchange & return within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

    Standard size products: exchange & return with restocking fee. Please request exchanges and alterations within 7 days and return the goods to our studio in Hamburg within 14 days of receipt of the goods. 

    • Return fee:
      • Exchange: free of charge
      • Return against voucher: free of charge
      • Return for refund: 50% restocking fee

    Personalized, or customized or made-to-measure products: Exchanges and returns are excluded. Instead, we offer a free customization service

    Return costs: You as the customer bear the costs for returning the goods. We recommend that you return the goods insured to ensure that they reach us in their original condition.
