What is "made-to-measure"?
The following services are already included in the "made-to-measure" price:
Tailoring according to your individual body measurements.
Changes that do not affect the design itself, such as changes in dress length or sleeve length within 5 cm.
Further requests for changes can be accommodated depending on feasibility and may incur additional charges. Do not hesitate to let us know your wishes.

Order & Measurements: We’ll send you a detailed guide on how to take your measurements correctly. This ensures that your gown is perfectly tailored to your body.
Free Shipping: Once your gown is ready, we’ll ship it to you for free with DHL. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package at all times.

Since each piece is individually made for you, we unfortunately cannot offer returns. Of course, we hope you love your dress! But if everything isn’t perfect yet, you have the following options:
Made-to-order: a one-time exchange for another size / made-to-measure.
Made-to-measure: For eligible alteration requests, we offer a free adjustment service. Because our in-house alterations often take as much time as creating a new garment, we strongly recommend ordering the wedding dress at least 3 months before the wedding date. Alternatively, you will receive a €50 credit to have your dress altered by a local tailor.
Important: All requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the dress. Alterations requested after the order is finalized are only possible for an additional fee.
