PayPal : We are proud to offer PayPal as a secure and efficient method of processing your orders. With PayPal, you can process your payments quickly and conveniently online without having to share your credit card details directly with us.

Credit & Debit Cards : Our checkout supports a number of well-known credit and debit card providers, including Visa & MasterCard. This traditional method offers familiarity and convenience for those who prefer easy card transactions.

Bank Transfers : For individuals who prefer the security of direct bank-to-bank transactions, we offer the option of direct bank transfers. We will process your order once the transfer is successfully completed.

Production will not start until 100% of the payment has been received. A deposit is only for reservation purposes and does not trigger production until full payment has been made.

Payment confirmation : After successfully completing a transaction, you will receive confirmation emails from both the payment provider and us. This ensures that you have a comprehensive overview of your payment and order data.

delivery time

  • Sample for fitting: 5 - 7 days
  • Made-to-measure: 30–40 days.
    For shipments outside the EU: an additional 10 days.
    Ideally, order your dress at least 3 months before your wedding to allow enough time for any necessary adjustments.

      return

      Sample dresses (DE only): You can return them within 3 days of receipt. The refund will be made in the same way as your original payment, or will be deducted from your next order. Of course, shipping time is not taken into account, and shipping costs are not refunded.

      Individual, customized or made-to-measure products: In the event of return for refund, 50% of the order value will be deducted. However, we offer a one-off free exchange for another product or customization. For brides who do not live in Germany, we offer a partial refund of 10% to enable us to contact a local seamstress if the dress needs to be altered.

      Return costs: as a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. We advise you to return the product insured to ensure that it reaches us in its original condition.
