Refund policy

IMPORTANT Our dresses are made to order specifically for you to guarantee the best quality. Therefore, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply. If you would like to try on the dresses before purchase, we recommend ordering our sample dresses first.

Sample dresses: The fitting period is 2 days, with a late return fee of €50 per day. Sample dresses are available only in standard sizes and subject to availability. The fitting fee is non-refundable but will be credited towards a later purchase. A deposit is required and will be fully refunded if the wedding dress is returned on time and in perfect condition. However, if the dress has significant damage or stains that cannot be removed, if the fabric, seams, or other parts are damaged beyond normal wear and tear, or if accessories are missing or damaged, the deposit will be partially or fully retained to cover repair costs—up to the amount of the deposit. Made-to-order / Made-to-measure Products: Returns and refunds are excluded.

We truly hope you’re happy with your purchase – but we understand that sometimes things don’t fit perfectly. If your dress doesn’t fit as expected, we offer the following options:

  • Made-to-order: One-time exchange for another size or made-to-measure.

  • Made-to-measure:

    • In the rare event of complaints due to defects or discrepancies with the order, we offer a free correction.

    • Since our internal alterations often take as much time as producing a new garment, we can only offer this service if we have at least 30 working days available.

    • Alternatively, you will receive a credit of €50 to have your dress adjusted by a local tailor.

    • Alterations requested by the customer after the order has been completed are only possible for an additional charge.

Important: All requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Late requests will be not supported.

Accessories: An immediate return within 3 days of receipt entitles you to a refund. Otherwise, only an exchange is possible.

Reservations: non-cancellable and non-refundable.
In exceptional cases, if we receive the cancellation request within 3 days after the reservation date, we can offer a 70% refund of the reservation amount. Late request is not supported.

Return shipping costs: You, as the customer, bear the cost of returning the goods. We recommend returning the goods with insurance to ensure they reach us in their original condition.

Return conditions: Please note the following conditions to ensure smooth processing of your return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
  • All original tags and labels must be intact and attached to the item.
  • Package the item carefully to avoid damage during transport. Ideally, use the original packaging or equivalent shipping materials.
  • Include a copy of your invoice or delivery note to ensure prompt processing.
  • Please contact our customer service before returning the item to notify us of the return process and address any questions.
