What is your business model?

White Cherry is a brand name. Our focus is on modern design and the concept of "slow fashion". Our collection therefore exudes elegance, modernity and minimalism. As a slow fashion brand, we offer tailor-made dresses that can be adjusted to your body shape at no extra cost. It's a win-win solution: you get your unique, perfect dress, while we save the cost of overproduction.

Do I need a fitting appointment?

Yes and No, we believe that it is the digital world and that you can shop for your wedding dress online without a fitting appointment. Our team has more than 10 years of experience and has already served customers who simply sent us their body measurements online. If it worked for them, we believe it can work for you too.

On the other hand, we also like to see our customers in person and open our studio in Hamburg on the weekends for your fittings. Looking forward to your booking!

Should I bring something or prepare something?

Your good mood! Feel free to wear skin-colored or light-colored underwear if you have it.

How long does production take?
We only have a limited inventory. The dresses are made to order by our team of tailors, therefore the delivery time may be according to the following time frames:

The delivery time for standard sizes is 15 to 25 days.
The delivery time for custom-made items with specific body measurements is 30 to 40 days.

What is your price range?

Our wedding dresses from the current collection cost between € 400 and €1500.

Party and special occasional dresses are between €150 and €250.

Really? How can it be that low?

We call it "Affordable Luxury". You can be sure that we prioritize fabric quality in our commitment to affordable elegance. Our design process focuses on the selection of smooth silk, soft satin, lightweight chiffon, delicate tulle and exquisite Chantilly lace. Given the myriad costs associated with a wedding, compounded by inflation, we want to offer you a cost-effective and sensible choice for your wedding attire - a dress that you can keep and wear on different occasions. Our business model is based on the customization of dresses. This allows us to avoid costly operating costs, storage costs and wholesale mark-ups while reducing the environmental impact of overproduction. The money saved is invested in our production and our team so that we can offer you a high quality product at an affordable price.

Who will change my wedding dress and how much will it cost?
Don't change your wedding dress! Recreate it with your body measurements. Our tailoring team will make a new dress with your body measurements and customization requests such as longer sleeves. Without additional costs! Of course you would have to wait longer than the standard size.

Made-to-order: The dresses are made to order by our tailoring team, so the delivery time can be according to the following time frames:

The delivery time for standard sizes is 15 to 25 days .

Rückgaberichtlinie

Sample dresses (DE only): You can return them within 3 days of receipt. The refund will be made in the same way as your original payment, or will be deducted from your next order. Of course, shipping time is not taken into account, and shipping costs are not refunded.

Individual, customized or made-to-measure products: In the event of return for refund, 50% of the order value will be deducted. However, we offer a one-off free exchange for another product or customization. For brides who do not live in Germany, we offer a partial refund of 10% to enable us to contact a local seamstress if the dress needs to be altered.

Return costs: as a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. We advise you to return the product insured to ensure that it reaches us in its original condition.
