IMPORTANT Our dresses are made to order specifically for you to guarantee the best quality. Therefore, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply. If you would like to try on the dresses before purchase, we recommend ordering our sample dresses first.

Sample dresses (Germany only):

Made-to-order / Made-to-measure products: Returns or refunds are not accepted.

We really hope you're happy with your purchase – but we understand that sometimes things don't fit perfectly. If your dress doesn't fit as expected, we offer you the following options:

• Made-to-order: One-time exchange for a different size.
• Made-to-measure: If alterations are needed, we can offer free adjustments if the order was placed at least 3 months before the wedding date – our in-house alterations often take just as long as making a new garment. Alternatively, you can receive a €50 credit to work with a local tailor of your choice.

Important: All requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Custom changes after the order has been completed are only possible for an additional fee.
Accessories: Return within 3 days of receipt. The refund will be issued via the same method as your original payment.

Return shipping costs: You, as the customer, bear the cost of returning the goods. We recommend returning the goods with insurance to ensure they reach us in their original condition.

Return conditions: Please note the following conditions to ensure smooth processing of your return:

• The item must be in its original condition and show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
• All original tags and labels must be intact and attached to the item.
• Package the item carefully to avoid damage during transport. Ideally, use the original packaging or equivalent shipping materials.
• Include a copy of your invoice or delivery note to ensure prompt processing.
• Please contact our customer service before returning the item to notify us of the return process and address any questions.
