The following services are already included in the "custom-made" / "tailor-made" price:

  • Made according to your individual body measurements.
  • Changes that do not affect the design itself, such as changes in dress length or sleeve length within 10 cm.

Further requests for changes can be accommodated depending on feasibility and may incur additional charges. Do not hesitate to let us know your wishes.

Delivery time

  • Sample for fitting: 5 - 7 days
  • Made-to-measure (custom-made): 30 - 40 days. But it's best to order your dress at least 3 months before your wedding to allow enough time for any adjustments.

      Return

      Sample dresses (DE only): You can return them within 3 days of receipt. The refund will be made in the same way as your original payment, or will be deducted from your next order. Of course, shipping time is not taken into account, and shipping costs are not refunded.

      Individual, customized or made-to-measure products: In the event of return for refund, 50% of the order value will be deducted. However, we offer a one-off free exchange for another product or customization. For brides who do not live in Germany, we offer a partial refund of 10% to enable us to contact a local seamstress if the dress needs to be altered.

      Return costs: as a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. We advise you to return the product insured to ensure that it reaches us in its original condition.
