What is "made-to-measure"?
The following services are already included in the "made-to-measure" price:
- Tailoring according to your individual body measurements.
- Changes that do not affect the design itself, such as changes in dress length or sleeve length within 5 cm.
Further requests for changes can be accommodated depending on feasibility and may incur additional charges. Do not hesitate to let us know your wishes.

Can I order online?
Yes, our concept makes it easy for brides all over the world to order their dream gown exclusively online – we’ve already shipped to more than 30 countries!
Here’s how it works:
- Online Inspiration: Take your time to browse and get inspired by our designs. If you need any additional information, feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or email.
- Order & Measurements: We’ll send you a detailed guide on how to take your measurements correctly. This ensures that your gown is perfectly tailored to your body.
- Free Shipping: Once your gown is ready, we’ll ship it to you for free with DHL. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package at all times.

Where can I try on the gowns?
- Try on at home with sample dress: try on for 2 days before ordering your dress

What is the return policy?
Since each piece is individually made for you, we unfortunately cannot offer returns. Of course, we hope you love your dress! But if everything isn’t perfect yet, you have the following options:
- Made-to-order: a one-time exchange for another size or made-to-measure.
- Made-to-measure:
- In the rare case of complaints due to defects or deviations from the order, we offer a free correction.
- Since our internal alterations often take as much time as making a new garment, we can only provide this service if we have at least 30 working days available.
- Alternatively, you will receive a credit of €50 to have your dress altered by a local tailor.
- Alterations requested by the customer after the order has been completed are only possible for an additional charge.
Important: All requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the dress.
Accessories: An immediate return within 3 days of receipt entitles you to a refund. Otherwise, only an exchange is possible.

When will I get my order?
- Fitting sample: 5–7 working days
- Production (Made-to-order / Made-to-measure): 30–40 working days
- Delivery outside the EU: an additional approx. 14 working days
We recommend ordering your dress at least 3 months before the wedding date to allow enough time for any alterations.
