Soon we will be archiving some of our designs and discontinuing production. If a particular style catches your eye, now is the perfect time to secure it! The sample dresses are currently available at 70% off. They have been used for fittings and may have slight signs of wear, but their condition is still top notch - almost like new.

Custom orders will still be available at the original price as long as the design is still published on our website.

The following services are already included in the "custom-made" / "tailor-made" price:

  • Made according to your individual body measurements.
  • Changes that do not affect the design itself, such as changes in dress length or sleeve length within 10 cm.

Further requests for changes can be accommodated depending on feasibility and may incur additional charges. Do not hesitate to let us know your wishes.

Lieferungszeit

Sample for fitting: 5-7 days

Made-to-order: The dresses are made to order by our tailoring team, so the delivery time can be according to the following time frames:

  • The delivery time for standard sizes is 15 to 25 days .
  • The delivery time for made-to-measure items / bespoke service is 30 to 40 days .
  • Express Service: on request

Retoure

Sample dresses (DE only): You can return them within 3 days of receipt. The refund will be made in the same way as your original payment, or will be deducted from your next order. Of course, shipping time is not taken into account, and shipping costs are not refunded.

Individual, customized or made-to-measure products: In the event of return for refund, 50% of the order value will be deducted. However, we offer a one-off free exchange for another product or customization. For brides who do not live in Germany, we offer a partial refund of 10% to enable us to contact a local seamstress if the dress needs to be altered.

Return costs: as a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. We advise you to return the product insured to ensure that it reaches us in its original condition.
