Since each piece is individually made for you, we unfortunately cannot offer returns. Of course, we hope you love your dress! But if everything isn’t perfect yet, you have the following options:

Made-to-order: a one-time exchange for another size or made-to-measure.
Made-to-measure:

In the rare case of complaints due to defects or deviations from the order, we offer a free correction.
Since our internal alterations often take as much time as making a new garment, we can only provide this service if we have at least 30 working days available.
Alternatively, you will receive a credit of €50 to have your dress altered by a local tailor.
Adjustment requests made fewer than 30 working days before the scheduled date, as well as any additional changes requested after the order has been finalized, may be accommodated if technically and logistically possible. In such cases, an additional fee will apply.

Important: All requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the dress.

Accessories: An immediate return within 3 days of receipt entitles you to a refund. Otherwise, only an exchange is possible.
