The following services are already included in the "made-to-measure" price:

• Tailoring according to your individual body measurements.
• Changes that do not affect the design itself, such as changes in dress length or sleeve length within 5 cm.

Further requests for changes can be accommodated depending on feasibility and may incur additional charges. Do not hesitate to let us know your wishes.

Sample dresses (Germany only): You can return them within 2 days of receipt. The refund will be issued using the same method as your original payment or deducted from a new order.
Made-to-order / Made-to-measure products:

• Returns or refunds are excluded.
• In the case of complaints due to defects or deviations from the order, we offer free corrections.
• Alterations requested by the customer after the order has been completed can be made for an additional charge.

Return shipping costs: You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend returning the goods with insurance to ensure they reach us in their original condition.
